Rob Foresta raced in the 2013 Amgen Tour of California

The Amgen Tour of California has grown into North America's premiere race over its eight-year history, and it now attracts the world's top talent.  Rob Foresta has participated in the Amgen Tour from 2006-2013 and is registered for 2014.

Rob Foresta is registered for the Ironman 70.3 in Kohala Coast, Hawaii on May 31, 2014

In addition to the San Diego Triathlon in June 2014, Rob Foresta decided to additionally participate in the Ironman 70.3 in Kohala Coast, Hawaii on May 31, 2014.  Rob Foresta is training 3-4 hours per day 6 days a week combining swimming, running and cycling into morning and evening workouts.

Rob Foresta swam 2 km today Monday February 10, 2014 and ran 20km

Rob Foresta incorporated a long swim with a 20 km run in his training program today in preparation for the San Diego Triathlon in June 2014.
